Spring has flown by and we're now well into summer. So much has happened since our last newsletter - we've welcomed countless groups, diners and visitors, including the over 150 guest who filled every cottage, cabin, pod, and pop-up bell tent during Glastonbury Festival. This month, we launch our new spa treatments and products from Inlight. We look ahead to the Somerset Food Trail and the return of our pizza nights. We also have a new lunch menu in the café, and tips for summer holidays in Somerset.

Somerset Food Trail and Pizza Nights Return

Somerset Food Trail runs from 18-27 July and celebrates sustainable local food. We're doing our bit to celebrate the county's finest produce with two pizza nights in July from 6pm-8pm. Come and enjoy delicious homemade pizzas using fresh, local toppings. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available. Pizza nights will continue on Fridays in August. There's no need to book.

New Café Menu Launched

Our latest menu update is now live. Inspired by the best of the season and the vibrant menu our retreat guests love, we're bringing you delicious new dishes such as our Buttermilk Fried Local Chicken Wrap, Green Shakshuka, and Miso and Maple Aubergine Steak Burger, along with some Middlewick classics. Check out our new pink chai and iced matcha lattes, too.

Inlight Beauty joins Middlewick Spa

We're excited to launch a range of new treatments based on Inlight's pioneering clean beauty products. This is green beauty at its finest - 100% Organic Certified, packed with plant power and presented in clean, green packaging, including violet-tinted MIRON glass, which looks luxurious and protects the ingredients inside.
